PHA Activator, 30ml

The gentlest of the four. Where most people start.

Polyhydroxy acids exfoliate the way glycolic does, but the molecule is bigger, so it works more slowly and doesn’t sting. Overnight it loosens the dead surface cells that make skin look flat and stop products absorbing. Skin looks brighter within a week or two and feels smoother straight away.

How to use: at night, after cleansing and toning. Start every other night if your skin is on the reactive side.

Good to know: the one for skin that’s never used an acid, or tried one and hated it. Also the default prep for most of our peels.

If you’re booking a course of peels: You’ll use one of these nightly for two to three weeks before your first peel, then for three consecutive nights before each subsequent treatment.
