1. Who we are

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order you place through radiancebeauty.uk. Please read them before you order. By placing an order you agree to them. They don't affect your legal rights as a consumer.

3. Our products

We sell Ekseption and Fusion Meso skincare, supplied through their official UK distributor. Product photos and packaging can change slightly from time to time. Each product page shows the full ingredient list. Please check it if you have allergies or sensitive skin.

Our product information is general guidance, not medical advice. Patch test new products before using them all over, and stop using a product if your skin reacts. Some products contain retinol and aren't suitable during pregnancy, and this is shown on the product page. If you're unsure what's right for you, ask us in clinic before you buy.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is charged at checkout, as set out on our Delivery & Collection page. We take payment when you place your order. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and we never see or store your full card details. Gift cards can also be used at checkout.

If a price on our site is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before your order is sent, and you can choose whether to go ahead at the correct price.

5. Your order

We'll email you to confirm your order. Our contract with you starts when we send that confirmation. If we can't supply something, for example because it's out of stock, we'll let you know and refund you in full for that item.

6. Offers

Monthly offers apply only to the products shown, between the dates stated, while stocks last. Unless we say otherwise, offers can't be combined with other discounts or exchanged for cash.

7. Delivery and collection

We deliver within the UK only. You can also collect your order free from the clinic. Full details are on our Delivery & Collection page.

8. Cancelling and returns

You have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. Some sealed products can't be returned once opened, for hygiene reasons. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page.

9. Faulty or wrong items

If something arrives damaged, faulty or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery if you can, with a photo. We'll replace it or refund you, including your delivery costs. This doesn't affect your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

10. Our responsibility to you

We're responsible for loss or damage you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We're not responsible for loss or damage that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that can't be limited by law.

11. Your personal information

We use your details only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. If you choose to hear about offers, we'll use them for that too. See our Privacy Policy.

12. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you're unhappy with anything, please contact us first so we can put it right.
