Our delivery options

UK delivery (Royal Mail Tracked): £6.95, 2-3 working days after dispatch

UK delivery on orders over £75: free, 2-3 working days after dispatch

Collect from the clinic: free, we'll email you when it's ready

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses only. We post orders on our clinic days, Tuesday to Saturday, and aim to send them within 1-2 clinic days. Orders placed on a Sunday, Monday or bank holiday go out on the next clinic day. You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is on its way. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer at busy times, such as in the run-up to Christmas.

Please check your delivery address carefully. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong, we can resend it, but we'll charge for delivery again.

Collection

Choose Salon Collection at checkout to pick up your order free from the clinic, 18A Pamber Heath Road, Pamber Heath, Tadley, RG26 3TG. We'll email you when it's ready, usually by the next clinic day. Collection is during opening hours: Tuesday 9am-5pm, Wednesday 10am-7pm, Thursday 10am-8pm, Friday 9am-5pm and Saturday 9am-4pm. We're closed on Sundays and Mondays. We'll keep your order for 14 days. After that, we'll be in touch before cancelling and refunding it.

Damaged or missing parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please contact us at hello@radiancebeauty.uk and we'll sort it out with Royal Mail. Your order is our responsibility until it's delivered to you.
